“Rod has located properties for us prior to this one. We are out-of-state and several times we were unable to view the property in person. Rod took the time to go to the property and check it out for us. He also would alert us to anything unseen in photos, i.e. issues with the house, sloppy neighbors, shabby neighborhood, etc. We have never been let down by our trust in his judgement. Whenever we had a question or an issue with anything we were always able to call and get a quick response.
