Sold our home in Solera at Johnson Ranch for $248K in San Tan Valley, AZ.
Rod Schwalb was very helpful, had good staging suggestions, and had outstanding video/photos of our home and yard. He offered knowledgeable information when needed. He spent time with the appraiser pointing out the improvements we had made on the home and also what the area had to offer for recreation and entertainment. Rod was very professional during the sale of the home and stayed in contact with the buyers’ realtor to be sure everything was completed successfully. He also showed us several homes to purchase. We have already recommended Rod to some of our friends and will continue to do so without a doubt.

I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend Rod Schwalb for real estate assistance. Rod helped us find our dream home for retirement. It was not an easy task, attempting to purchase a home out-of-state, but Rod made it happen quickly and easily. Rod’s negotiation skills are extraordinary. Since we were not familiar with the area nor the market, Rod was able negotiate a lower sale price than we knew possible, based on the housing market at the time. Rod also goes over and above the call of duty! He actually drove to our new home and received furniture delivery since I was still living out-of-state. We have depended on Rod’s help for numerous home projects since our move, here, to Arizona. I bought a home in 2014 in San Tan Valley, AZ.
We flew in to look at listings in the area with ANOTHER Real Estate Co. The appointment was made, However when we got there the lady did not write it down and was UNAVAILABLE to meet with us!!! We were not sure what to do. Nearby we saw, Red Hawk Realty and went in. Without an appointment we asked if there was anyone how could help. We were introduced to Rod, within minutes he made space for us in his busy day and we were out looking at properties that same afternoon. As you can see from my ratings, Rod is very impressive, knows the area, is very prompt to answer your questions and is a skilled negotiator. In my book, we could not have found a better person to sell us our homes than Rod.

From Down Under

We seem very fortunate to have Rod as our Real Estate Agent, arriving from Australia with absolutely no experience in purchasing Real Estate outside our own country, we walked into Rods office off the street. After our initial meeting, we went away for 6 weeks and did a lot of research, our interest intensified and decided to look for an overseas investment property. With Rods knowledge of the market, and which properties would suit our needs,the search was on, and from the time we arrived back in his office to when we paid for our property was only 2 weeks. Rod was very patient and such a pleasure to do business with. After 12 months we have no regrets of our purchase and am very happy recommending Rod to anyone who is looking for an agent.

We cannot begin to say enough about Rod and his amazing service. He dealt with us with such professionalism and respect. We had a long distance relationship (CANADA) and even though we were not shopping for a million dollar property it made no difference what so ever! Once we found something thru Rod’s site, we made the hurried flight to Phoenix and he helped every step of the way to tie up any lose ends. He insisted on going out to our property the day of closing for us. It’s a three hour round trip for Rod but he insisted.
